Delete your Dentica account

You can delete your Dentica account and its data at any time.
How to ask
Email hello@getdentica.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you can’t use that address, tell us the name and phone number on the account and we will confirm it’s you before deleting anything.
We confirm your request within 3 working days. If you want a copy of your records first, say so and we will send an export before deleting.
What we delete
Your account and profile, the clinics you added, and the patient records, charts, treatment plans, appointments, files and invoices you created. They are removed from use straight away and permanently erased within 30 days.
What we keep
Financial records we must keep by law, such as your subscription invoices, for as long as the law requires, then they are erased. Backups roll over and are erased within 30 days.
